Agreement to Terms
By accessing this website or using services provided by ISKRQ ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you enter into a separate service agreement with us, that agreement will also apply and will control if it conflicts with these general Terms.
Services
ISKRQ provides remote bookkeeping and related support, which may include monthly bookkeeping and close, management reporting and analysis, financial planning and analysis support, cleanup or catch-up work, accounts payable and receivable organization, accounting system setup, workflow automation, and related record organization. The specific services, deliverables, timing, systems, and exclusions for an engagement are confirmed in a proposal, engagement letter, or other service agreement.
Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide complete, accurate, and timely records; maintain appropriate access to bank feeds, bookkeeping software, and other required systems; review questions and reports promptly; keep your own source documents and backups where appropriate; and pay fees according to the applicable service agreement. You remain responsible for business decisions, filings, approvals, and the accuracy of information you provide.
Accuracy and Reliance on Information
Our work is based on the records and explanations you provide and on information available through connected systems. We use reasonable care in delivering bookkeeping services, but we cannot guarantee that incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, or unauthorized source information will produce complete or error-free records. You should notify us promptly if you identify an error or omission.
Fees and Payment
Fees, billing frequency, payment deadlines, and any additional charges are specified in the applicable proposal or service agreement. We may pause or suspend work on overdue accounts after providing reasonable notice.
Confidentiality
Each party agrees to protect confidential information received from the other and to use it only for the engagement or as otherwise authorized. We may use reputable service providers to deliver services, subject to appropriate confidentiality and security obligations. Confidentiality obligations do not apply to information that is public, independently developed, lawfully received from another source, or required to be disclosed by law.
Access and Third-Party Services
Service delivery may require access to third-party platforms such as cloud accounting software, financial institutions, document storage, or communication tools. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and privacy practices. You are responsible for authorizing access and for promptly removing or updating access when an engagement ends.
No Tax, Legal, or Assurance Services
Unless expressly agreed in writing and legally permitted, our services do not include audits, reviews, assurance engagements, tax filings, legal advice, tax advice, or investment advice. You should consult qualified professionals for those matters.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ISKRQ will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses caused by inaccurate client information, third-party platforms, unauthorized access outside our reasonable control, or client delay. Our total liability arising from an engagement will not exceed the fees paid to us for the services giving rise to the claim during the twelve months before the event.
Termination
Either party may end an engagement according to the notice terms in the applicable service agreement. If no notice period is stated, either party may provide reasonable written notice. You remain responsible for fees and approved expenses incurred through the termination date. We will reasonably cooperate in returning client-provided records, subject to payment obligations and applicable retention requirements.

Website content is provided for general information and does not constitute accounting, legal, tax, or financial advice. You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use its content in a way that infringes our rights or the rights of others.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Changes to an active client engagement will apply as described in the applicable service agreement or as otherwise agreed.
